The COLOROBBIA project is an innovative and advanced system designed to transform the management of digital graphics in the ceramics industry. Aiming to optimize access and distribution of a 50 TB collection of graphic materials, the COLOROBBIA system combines cutting-edge technology with intuitive design to offer an efficient solution adapted to the needs of the high-end ceramics industry. Developed to solve the challenges of searching, viewing and controlling access to large volumes of data, the system integrates directly with the company's local server, providing automatic generation of high-quality previews and strict control of permissions by user profile.
The platform was designed to support complex functionalities such as advanced search by multiple criteria, generation of customizable PDFs with different layouts, and complete audit systems with detailed download logs and movement history. The system allows granular management of the status of graphics (free development, production, reserved, acquired) and offers specific tools for different employee profiles, from administrators to end users, ensuring that each person has access only to the functionalities necessary for their work. The web interface has been optimized for performance even with large volumes of data, while maintaining operational agility.
