The SOLAR project represents an innovative technological solution developed to revolutionize the beverage distribution sector, specifically for Norsa Refrigerantes S/A, an authorized manufacturer of Coca-Cola products. This integrated system was designed to completely modernize the logistics process, from order receipt to final delivery to the customer, creating a digital ecosystem that connects distributors, drivers and customers on a unified and efficient platform.

The SOLAR platform combines a robust administrative web system with an intuitive mobile application for drivers and a notification system for end customers. The system was developed to optimize delivery routes, manage fleets of outsourced drivers, automate payment processes and provide full transparency in order tracking. With direct integration with the company's SAP system, the solution automates the workflow from route creation to delivery confirmation, eliminating operational bottlenecks and significantly reducing operating costs.

The development prioritized the user experience through specific interfaces for each type of user: Solar administrators have access to analytical dashboards with real-time maps and payment controls; drivers use a mobile application optimized to accept routes, navigate and confirm deliveries with digital signature; and customers receive automatic email notifications about the status of their deliveries. The solution architecture includes intelligent pricing based on distance, volume or delivery points, automated management of driver documents with validity control, and an evaluation system that guarantees the quality of the service provided. The result is a platform that not only digitalizes the logistics operation, but also provides valuable insights into operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and fleet performance, setting a new standard of excellence in beverage distribution.
