The SOLAR project represents an innovative technological solution developed to revolutionize the beverage distribution sector, specifically for Norsa Refrigerantes S/A, an authorized manufacturer of Coca-Cola products. This integrated system functions as a smart delivery intermediary (an 'Uber' for deliveries), designed to manage both internal and outsourced truck driver fleets, creating a digital ecosystem that connects distributors, truckers, and customers on a unified and efficient platform.
The platform combines a robust web system for launching deliveries with an intuitive mobile application for drivers to view and accept routes. With direct integration to the company's SAP system, the solution automates the workflow from route creation to delivery confirmation with digital signature, eliminating operational bottlenecks and controlling payments transparently.
